Try this Vanilla Matcha Latte and you be the judge!
• 1 cup of vanilla soy milk
• 1 tsp of vanilla extract
• 1/2 – 1 tsp of matcha powder
1. Bring 1 cup of vanilla soy milk to a low simmer and add 1/2 tsp of vanilla.
2. Turn off stove and add 1/2 – 1 tsp (depending how strong you like it) matcha powder to milk. Using a whisk mix the powder into the liquid until it dissolves and a froth forms. bring the milk back to a boil if you’d like it a little hotter. Pour into mug and enjoy!
