If you love green tea ice cream this latte is for you! Matcha powder delivers a huge dose of antioxidants in just one sip. The more antioxidants you have the more your body is equipped to fight diseases and infections. 1 cup of matcha tea has as many antioxidants as 10 cups of brewed green tea. With matcha powder you are actually ingesting the entire green tea leaf insead of throwing the tea bag away. The tea leaves contain all of the good stuff. Most importantly matcha powder contains a high level of EGCg (natural antioxidant) which provides potent cancer fighting properties.
