If you like hot and sweet then you’ll love these crunchy roasted brussel sprouts. If you’re not a spicy person like my daughter than just omit the hot sauce. This dish is a great accompaniment to any protein. Brussel sprouts are full of fiber and a great source of vitamin C, B6 and Folate. These taste like candy!
• 20 Brussel sprouts cut into quarters
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
• 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Staples: 2 tbsp olive oil
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
1. Combine all of the ingredients above in a medium bowl. Mix well until the brussel sprouts are completely coated.
2. Spread over baking sheet and place in oven.
3. Cook for 30 minutes and serve.
