This is one of my favorite skincare recipes. The results are incredible, even after just one use. The avocado contains vitamins A, B, E and K which help with maintaining an even skin tone while reducing the signs of aging. It acts as an antioxidant and helps moisturize your skin. The yogurt in this recipe contains lactic acid which helps dissolve dead skin cells and tightens pores. The oats acts as an anti-inflammatory and soothes irritation and redness. • 1/2 avocado
• 2 tbsp plain yogurt
• 1 tsp ground oats
1. In a bowl mash avocado with a clean fork until smooth. Add yogurt and stir. Add oats and continue stirring until thoroughly mixed.
Keep the mask on until it dries. 10-15 minutes. Use 2-3 times a week. Store in the fridge.
